ASHER AARON LEVIN
I was admitted to the bar in 1976. Over the years I have developed a successful practice with an emphasis on bankruptcy, business and real estate, estate planning and probate.
In the estate planning and probate areas, I am pleased to work with families to help them protect their families interests, including making plans to avoid probate. If no one has prepared a living trust, I find that I can often assist my clients in making probate as quick and inexpensive as possible. When a dispute arises in the context of a probate or a trust administration, my experience in probate and in civil litigation has enabled me to best protect my clients' interests.
Bankruptcy is another area where we work to assist families, to help them protect their assets and to help them get out from under the weight of their debts - to get a new start.
