I was admitted to the bar in 1976. Over the years I have developed a successful practice with an emphasis on Estate Planning - Wills and Living Trusts, Probate, Conservatorships, Bankruptcy, Business Law, Trust and Probate Litigation, and Civil and Business Litigation.

In the estate planning and probate areas, I am pleased to work with families to help them protect their family and business interests, including making plans to avoid probate. If there is no living trust, I find that I can often assist my clients in making probate as quick and inexpensive as possible. When a dispute arises in the context of a probate or a trust administration, my experience in probate and in civil litigation has enabled me to best protect my clients' interests. 

Bankruptcy is another area where we work to assist families, to help them protect their assets and to help them get out from under the weight of their debts - to get a new start.

We represent businesses to insure they are operating effectively, protecting their rights as employers, buying or selling their business, effecting partnership agreements, and litigation that may arise.
